And in John 21:15, Jesus tells Peter to "...feed My lambs...", and in 1 Pet. 5:2-4, "...Shepherd the flock of God which is among you; serving as overseers, not by constraint but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly: not as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock: and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away..." We began a church ministry, called South Tampa Christian Center, with 5 people on July 11, 1991 -- in a storefront -- and began to reach out and touch others with the love and Gospel of Jesus Christ. The first purchase we made as a 50-member church was a 24-foot vehicle, which served as a rolling theater. This outreach truck went into government housing areas and performed a one-hour "Nickelodeon" type program, which encouraged high values and morals for the children and residents there. We stand in amazement of the phenomenal blessings and increase of God since that day of small beginnings. Part of our ministry mandate is not only to impact our city, but also to train and equip leadership around the nation and the world to make a difference in their cities. Thus far, tens of thousands of people and members of ministries have been trained since May of 1994, through our Operation Explosion International Training Center, held quarterly. We have since developed and overseen more than 200 ministries that serve the felt needs of both the church body and community. As a symbol of our growth and desire to impact every person for Jesus Christ, we unveiled our new name, Without Walls International Church, in 1997. As a multi-cultural family of believers, Without Walls International Church strongly believes that God has the power to restore individuals to their fullest potential.We believe that Matthew 28:19, "Go ye therefore, and 'teach' all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost," is the Great Commission, not the great "suggestion".

God Has A Long Range Plan As difficult as it may be to understand, some tragedies reflect the long-range plan of God. We know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love Him and are according to His purpose (Rom. 8:28). We must remember that He has a redemptive purpose for our pain and suffering. It is not possible for the finite mind of a man to know the infinite mind of God. The Bible says, "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts" (Isa. 55:9). The Crucifixion looked like a great tragedy. The blood-soaked body of Jesus, the promised Messiah, hung on a Roman cross- a portrait of shame and defeat. The disciples had scattered in terror. Those who remained near the cross could only look on in abject horror. It was not possible for Mary, the mother of Jesus, to understand the full meaning of the cross. God's long-range plan that had begun in the Book of Genesis was completed when Jesus said, "It is finished!" Many things happen in our lives for which we have no answer. No words of explanation can comfort our hearts. Sometimes God does not make sense to us. In those times, we must trust the will of a sovereign God and know that He is too loving to be unkind and too wise to make a mistake. Someday we may understand. 40 Years of Connecting People With God's Love and Faith In May 1967, Kenneth Copeland was walking along the bed of the Arkansas River in Tulsa, Oklahoma, when the Lord dropped the vision of the ministry into his heart: to preach the gospel to the nations—a call that would include using every available voice to preach the uncompromised message of faith to meet the needs of people worldwide. I am e-mailing this message to tell you that all is well for those who believe and practice the Word of God! I am not sending this note to repeat to you what you already know, nor am I writing to remind you of the frightening news that is bombarding us every day. Nor do I want to say what the world keeps talking about. I am writing to personally remind you what God has said to us all along. I want to strengthen you in your faith. You and I know that financial crises have come and gone, but God’s people who truly trust the Lord have prospered both in times in plenty and in times of lack! God’s Hand Revealed During Famine In fact, according to God’s Word, His hand is always revealed in time of lack. For example, as recorded in Genesis 26, Isaac prospered supernaturally and miraculously while King Abimelech and the Philistines all around suffered great loss and famine. Isaac was not affected, not even for one minute! Look at what happened to Isaac: “For he had possession of flocks, and possession of herds, and great store of servants: and the Philistines envied him” (Genesis 26:14). This happened after Isaac sowed seed during famine, an unnatural thing to do, but he received a hundredfold harvest within months! Yet King Abimelech and the Philistines experienced financial disaster daily. They were so envious that finally the king came and asked Abraham’s blessed son to leave: “And Abimelech said unto Isaac, Go from us; for thou art much mightier than we” (Genesis 26:16). After Isaac left, the Philistines realized more than ever how much Isaac had been blessed. And without the blessing on him, they would have lost their own lives. King Abimelech and the leaders came to him: And Isaac said unto them, Wherefore come ye to me, seeing ye hate me, and have sent me away from you? And they said, We saw certainly that the Lord was with thee: and we said, Let there be now an oath betwixt us, even betwixt us and thee, and let us make a covenant with thee; That thou wilt do us no hurt, as we have not touched thee, and as we have done unto thee nothing but good, and have sent thee away in peace: thou art now the blessed of the Lord. (Genesis 26:27-29) What God did for Isaac, He did with Abraham previously, and then He did it again with Jacob afterward and repeatedly with His people Israel. As a result we are told, “He shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea, in seven there shall no evil touch thee. In famine he shall redeem thee from death: and in war from the power of the sword.… At destruction and famine thou shalt laugh” (Job 5:19-20, 22). The Righteous Laugh in the Face of Famine!
What God has done He still does. What God has done He will continue to do. This is not the time to fear! This is the time to trust and rejoice in the Lord, for his promises are “yea and amen”—they cannot fail. The New Testament also tells us, “Being enriched in everything to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God” (2 Corinthians 9:11). God Almighty so wants to prosper and bless you. That is God’s plan for you. All He is looking for is your obedience:Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is. For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit. (Jeremiah 17:7-8) Did He not promise that he would open the windows of heaven that “that there shall not be room enough to receive it” (Malachi 3:10)? Did not the Son of God Himself also tell us, “Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down , and shaken together, and running over , shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again” (Luke 6:38)? These are not promises of lack. These are promises of supernatural abundance that are beyond our comprehension!
The door to supernatural provision, even during famine and chaos, is through obedience and faithfulness to God’s Word. As long as believers support the work of God, they have nothing to fear; but those who do not support the work of God and the spreading of His Gospel do not enjoy that same protection and have much to fear. Giving to the work of the Lord—I repeat!—giving to the work of the Lord is the secret to abundance! When we join hands with Jesus Christ and give to His work—spreading His Gospel to the ends of the earth—He has guaranteed that we cannot and will not lack financially! The same cannot be said of those who do not give to His work; so I encourage and urge every believer to protect yourself and your family by being generous with the work of God. All you have to do to secure your present and future is give to the Lord’s work and let your faith be established in God’s Word. The Lord even promised to bless and prosper and protect your children and your children’s children. When you give to God, you build a wall of protection around you and your family. You cannot lose! It is impossible for you to lose, for your guarantee comes from the highest authority in heaven and on earth. I am sending you this message to remind you of God’s promise and to tell you as long as your trust is in the Lord, you stand on solid, unmovable, unshaken ground! Do not let the world or the news weaken your faith in the mighty God of heaven and earth. God is not a man and cannot lie. His promises are eternal, and your life and future are safe. You will be safe forever as long as you trust the Lord. So today, as you obey His unfailing Word and give to His glorious Gospel, He promises in His Word that He will increase you “on every side” (Psalm 71:21). Remember, every time you give, the Gospel will be preached, for it is your giving that enables me to preach the Gospel around the world, with the Holy Spirit confirming His Word with signs following. Honoring Him with Your First fruits Honor Him today with your substance. Honor Him with the first fruits of all your increase. And He promises in His eternal Word that your barns will be filled with plenty, and your presses will burst out with new wine: “Honour the Lord with thy substance, and with the first fruits of all thine increase. So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine” (Proverbs 3: 9-10) Give today to the Lord, for surely He will fulfill His Word! Listen to this wonderful promise and apply it to your life—in fact substitute your name as you read it: “He [your name] shall be as a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his [my] fruit in his season; his [my] leaf also shall not wither ; and whatsoever he [I] doeth shall prosper” (Psalm 1:3). Today sow your seed for the work of the Lord and for the Gospel of His precious Son, our most beloved Lord Jesus. Then go to sleep tonight with peace and tranquility that passes all understanding. And when you wake in the morning you will awaken with a song in your heart, for the Lord rejoices over you in singing. Sow your seed today, and the God who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that you ask and think will surely prosper you, bless you, and increase you without measureRemember that your greatest days are ahead. Dr. David Jeremiah, founder of Turning Point Radio and Television Ministries and senior pastor of Shadow Mountain Community Church, felt God’s calling on his life at a very early age. Born February 13, 1941 in Toledo, Ohio, Dr. Jeremiah was raised in a family deeply committed to ministry. At the age of 11, the Jeremiah family moved to Dayton, Ohio where his father, Dr. James T. In 1969, Dr. Jeremiah began Blackhawk Baptist Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and developed a Christian school grades K through 12. In the 12 years he served as pastor, Blackhawk Baptist Church grew from 7 families to 1300 members. He also launched The Bible Hour television program. Dr. Jeremiah heeded God’s moving, and in 1981 he and his family moved to California where he became the senior pastor of the Scott Memorial Baptist Church, now the Shadow Mountain Community Church. Shadow Mountain Community Church is one of the largest churches in San Diego County. It is also the home of San Diego Christian College and Christian Unified Schools which now has three campuses in San Diego County. From 1988 to 1998, Dr. Jeremiah served as the president of San Diego Christian College and in 1998 was named chancellor. After graduating from high school, he continued his education through Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee, and later earned a B.A. in Theology from Covenant Life Christian College. Perry holds the rank of an ordained Bishop with the Church of God, (Cleveland, Tennessee). Perry has also been awarded three honorary degrees. By the age of twenty-three, Perry was conducting record-breaking revivals, some lasting up to eleven weeks. At this young age, Perry was invited to speak at Camp Meetings and conferences, some with as many as 4000-5000 in attendance. Presently, Perry continues to conduct both domestic and international crusades, reaching thousands of people annually. Two years ago, at the invitation of national Christian leaders, I visited the Republic of Turkey for the first time. I spoke at various gatherings — including a meeting of pastors from all over the region. One of my most unforgettable experiences from this trip was meeting a young evangelist who had just been released from prison the night before. His crime? He had witnessed to some high school students with whom he worked. He told me that he considered it a privilege to be imprisoned for the sake of Christ. It was all I could do to hold back my emotions in the presence of such love for Jesus. In the minds of millions, Jack Van Impe has become "The Walking Bible," but it didn't happen overnight.Dr. David Allen set the example. His ability to quote the Scriptures in his work as a successful pastor and teacher convinced Jack of the value of memorization. The authority given his ministry by using Bible verses was easy to see. It is not surprising that one of his students decided to build on the same foundation. Jack was not the first Van Impe impressed by Dr. Allen's memorization techniques. Oscar Van Impe, Dr. Van Impe's father, had also sat through his classes and had been given Scripture memory assignments. The older Van Impe had tackled the project by arranging verses according to Bible doctrine and placing them on index cards that he could carry with him. It was a means of making double use of his time and changed many waiting hours that would otherwise have been wasted into profitable opportunities for storing God's Word in his heart. When Oscar went to Belgium he left his Bible memory cards behind. It was an oversight, but turned out to be a blessed blunder. Jack found them, very near the time of his return from backsliding and adopted his father's method. He's still using it today. As a student, Jack found the verses he programmed into his mind were like good friends. They came to his aid when he needed them. Assignments became easier. Witnessing, a natural experience. And, best of all, this army of Bible verses marched into his ordination examination and rescued him from hours of questioning by the ministers present. When he struggled with the decision concerning the main thrust of his ministry, it was those Bible verses, now leaping into every sermon, that gave him the confidence he was equipped to preach. During his evangelistic ministry, the power of God's Word has been consistently demonstrated. He attributes the characteristic lasting effect of his crusades to the saturation of his sermons with the Bible. Sinners are confronted with God's Word, rather than tear-jerking stories. The result is conviction and genuine conversions. Christians are moved to revival because they are forced to see themselves as God sees them. And that is what preaching is all about. Not everyone appreciates memorization. Even among preachers. One Ohio minister once told Jack that his Scripture quoting was leading him into a stilted form of preaching and would hurt his ministry. Today, that homiletical expert is out of the ministry after the church died under his polished preaching, while Dr. Van Impe is still quoting Scripture and reaping the benefits of its power. Encounters With Critics and Opponents Having so much of the Bible committed to memory has equipped Dr. Van Impe for encounters with critics and opponents.Members of cults who have come unsuspectingly to his door have found themselves at a loss to cope with his plain presentation of Bible truths. Representing the Michigan Sunday School Association in a 3-hour debate with an atheist and a Roman Catholic priest, on Detroit's radio station WXYZ, Jack quoted over 500 Bible verses in the first two hours of the program. The moderator was so upset at this domination of the debate with unanswerable arguments that he ruled that no more verses could be quoted in the debate. At that announcement, Jack stated that he would have to leave the program, since the purpose of his being there was to present the Bible. With an hour still remaining in the debate, the announcer rescinded his rule and allowed "The Walking Bible" to keep on quoting Scripture. The moderator of a radio call-in program in Illinois had Dr. Van Impe for a guest. He hated Christianity and claimed to believe only the Old Testament. When the broadcast started, he announced that even though this was a call-in show, he would accept no calls from listeners because he wanted to use the entire hour to tear the evangelist to shreds. He started his tirade by saying, "I can't accept the three-headed God of Christians." In other words, he rejected and mocked the Trinity."Well, sir," said Jack, "since you believe only the Old Testament, I'll show you what that part of the Bible has to say about the Trinity." Beginning then at Genesis 1:1 and showing that the very first mention of God is given in the plural Hebrew word Elohim, he moved through the Old Testament revealing the truth about the Trinity. He pointed out that the plural word for God (Elohim), was used again at the creation of man (see Genesis 1:26), the Lord has a Son (see Proverbs 30:4), that the Lord speaks to the Lord (see Psalm 110:1), and that the Lord spoke of sending the Lord to the earth (see Zechariah 2:10,11). At that point, the distressed disc jockey decided it was time to open the program to the calls of listeners. On a network TV station in Missouri, Jack debated a college professor. The program started with the announcer telling viewers that the debate was between a Christian and an intellectual. Some put-down! But it didn't matter. After being bombarded with the Bible for 12 minutes, the professor surrendered and Jack used the remaining 48 minutes of the program to give his testimony. Some admirers of Dr. Van Impe's ability to quote 14,000 Bible verses, including virtually the entire New Testament, look upon this accomplishment as the result of a divine gift. "Not so," the memory man replies. Others think he has a photographic mind. "Wrong again," he insists.What then is the reason for this unusual feat? "Hard work," he replies. Desire, Discipline, and DedicationThere are three reasons why Jack Van Impe has become "The Walking Bible." They are desire, discipline, and dedication. Jack saw the benefits of being saturated with the Bible and he wanted them. Enumerating some of the results of such exposure to inspiration, he says, "The Word gives us victory over sin (see Psalm 119:11). It makes us clean (see John 15:3). It is the source of faith (see Romans 10:17). It brings blessing (see Revelation 1:3)." (You can tell that he is just beginning to warm to his subject.) He has experienced the difference in his own life. The words of the Bible are no longer just promises for plaques on the wall, nor catchy texts for sermons. They are part and fiber of his very being. He has developed the necessary self-discipline to make his goal attainable. Like Paul, he has mastered his body (see 1 Corinthians 9:27). Depriving himself of relaxation and sometimes sleep, he has always kept up his memorization of the Bible. With his pressing schedule, it would have been easier to forget those two hours of daily memorization. But ease was not his aim. He wanted to be a man of the Word. Dr. Van Impe says he spent about 35,000 hours in memorizing 14,000 verses. And that time was all invested for the glory of God. There were no contests to win. No awards to receive. No one challenged him to a memory marathon. His service for Christ here was just as real to him as preaching or leading a soul to Christ. The Scripture memory time was a sacred rendezvous. There were few memory gimmicks used to achieve his goal. The important dimension to this accomplishment was, and is, dedication. Eager to have others memorize the Bible, Dr. Van Impe has been willing to share the method that has made him "The Walking Bible." First, he prepares index cards with Bible verses on one side and the references on the other. He generally prepared 50 cards at a time. Others might not want to make that many. The important thing is to get a start with some set number of verses.He suggests choosing verses by subject or doctrine, not by chapter. At one time, he tried memorizing by chapter, but found himself less able to use the verses quickly. He would lose valuable time working through a number of verses to get to the one he needed. Memorizing by subject or doctrine is more liable to bring verses to mind when a given subject is raised. Use a good concordance (possibly Young's or Strong's), and make a list of choice verses on the particular word or subject you wish to study. For example, you might take the word "save" or "saved" in studying the doctrine of salvation. Placing the verses on your cards chronologically will help to keep your thoughts organized. You may want to use the following verses: Isaiah 45:22; Jeremiah 8:20; Matthew 1:21; Luke l9:10, John 3:17; Acts 4:12; Romans 10:1; 1 Corinthians 1.21; Ephesians 2:8,9; I Timothy 1:l5, 2:4; and Hebrews 7-25. ...............................................................................................................................

One is the fate that lies ahead of a world that continues to reject Jesus Christ as Savior. The other is a marvelous destiny that belongs to all who have come to Christ in faith believing. Admittedly, that message is one of "Doom and Gloom!" But the Good News is that you don't have to be a part of that future. By believing in Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, you become a member of a marvelous entity that is called "the church, which is His body." When you make that decision, you are instantly and eternally saved. You become a creature of destiny! As a Child of God, you will be spared from the wrath to come by a glorious event that is called "The Rapture of the Church!" You become a joint-heir with Christ, sharing with Him a marvelous inheritance that includes not only this Earth, but the vast reaches of the universe. There are two futures ahead. Which one will be yours? If you haven't yet believed on Jesus Christ as Savior, why not do it now? Today would be a wonderful day to begin the rest of eternity as a victorious Child of God. What to Do if You Miss the Rapture "For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not precede them who are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first; Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air; and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words." I Thessalonians 4:15-18 Amazing words from the Word of God. But what do they mean? This passage foretells an amazing event we have come to call the Rapture of the Church. It is the time when God will take all living, believing Christians out of the Earth instantaneously: "Behold, I show you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we all shall be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye..." I Corinthians 15:51 When will this amazing event take place? It will take place at the onset of a terrible 7-year period of time the Bible calls the Tribulation. During those gruesome days, over half the population of the world will die amidst wars, natural catastrophes, plagues, as the result of economic manipulation, and especially at the nefarious hand of an evil world ruler known in the Bible as the Antichrist. Are we close to that event even now? Well, if you are a Christian, the answer is "Happily, yes!" The Bible is full of signs that indicate the approach of the Tribulation. Globalism, a united Europe, interlaced economies and mounting technology all point to the nearness of that time. However if you are not a Christian, the answer for you is "Sadly, yes!" Sadly, because if you do not move quickly and come to believe in Jesus as Savior before the Rapture, you will be left behind after the Rapture to take your chances with the Antichrist and the world of his oppression. Your chances of survival will be less that 50/50, and most of those who will survive will be forced to join the new Satanic world economic system. But beware, the Bible says that joining that economic system (called the Mark of the Beast) will involve aligning yourself with the Antichrist, which will erase any chance you have to come to salvation. But there is hope! Now, before the Rapture, you can believe on Jesus and become a Child of God. And even after the Rapture, you will have an opportunity to become a Tribulation Saint, enduring plagues and persecution, and probably being beheaded for the testimony of Christ. Winning Walk Ministry with Dr. Ed Young Dr. H. Edwin Young was born on August 11, 1936, in Laurel, Mississippi. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior at the age of 12 through the leading of his pastor’s wife, Mrs. Gates. Following graduation from high school in Laurel, Dr. Young entered the University of Alabama as an engineering major. Mid-way through his freshman year, challenged by an atheist in his dorm who questioned his belief in God, he began to seek God’s purpose for his life. Six months later, he surrendered to the call to preach the Gospel, and enrolled at Mississippi College to continue his education. On June 28, 1959, he married Jo Beth Landrum. Dr. Young’s preparation for the ministry continued at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina. His first pastorate was in North Carolina, and he pastored in North and South Carolina until 1978 when he moved to Houston, Texas. He became the pastor at Second Baptist Church where he continues to pastor today. The congregation has grown from 2,000 members in 1978 to over 48,000 members at five church locations presently. Dr. Young was elected president of the Southern Baptist Convention in June of 1992 and again in June, 1993. He is the author of many books including, Total Heart Health, The 10 Commandments of Parenting, and The 10 Commandments of Marriage. Dr. Young’s broadcast ministry, The Winning Walk, can be seen and heard across North America and throughout the world. In 1979, Second Baptist Church in Houston, TX launched its first weekly broadcast of edited worship services on local television, channel 39. He gives every believer a spiritual gift when they are saved. It was written by human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. The Bible is inspired by God, and is the truth without any mixture of error. It is the sole authority for life. 2 Timothy 1:13; 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20-21; Psalm 119:105, 160; 12:6; Proverbs 30:5 HUMAN BEINGS: Human beings are made in the spiritual image of God, to be like Him in character. As the supreme object of God’s creation, we were designed for dignity. However, Adam’s sin catapulted the creation into a fallen state, and plunged all his descendants into depravity. Thus, all of us are marred by rebellion and disobedience toward God, which is called “sin.” Sin separates people from God and causes many problems in life. Genesis 1:27; Psalm 8:3-6; Romans 3:23; Isaiah 53:6a, 59:1-2 SALVATION: Salvation is God’s free gift to us. We receive this gift through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ alone. Repentance means turning away from our sin and turning towards Christ. Faith means trusting in Christ alone for the remission of our sins. When we place our faith in Jesus Christ, His perfect obedience is credited to us so that God sees us as the righteousness of Christ. Every person who truly is saved is eternally secure in the Lord Jesus Christ and will spend eternity in heaven, while those who die in their sins will spend eternity in hell. God will satisfy us financially and physically, even in times of famine and financial chaos: “The Lord knoweth the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be for ever. They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied” (Psalm 37:18-19).
